Returns
Due to the nature of collectible items, statues, and limited-edition products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue are required
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor paint variations or factory imperfections common in collectible items
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Pre-orders or any deposit payments, which are non-refundable
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the item is inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If a replacement is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our mistake

Pre-orders and Deposits
- All pre-orders require a deposit or full payment
- Deposits or payments on pre-orders are non-refundable
- The shipping date of pre-orders may vary depending on product availability from the manufacturer, shipping, and customs procedures
- Orders will be shipped once the product becomes available, and customers will be informed of the expected delivery date
Gifts
- All refund and return policies apply to gifts
- If a gift item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact the recipient or original purchaser to submit a return or exchange request
- Gifts cannot be returned due to a change of mind after receipt
